Each Custom Massage session will include your own custom blend of Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular massage therapy, sports massage, medical massage, myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, pin and stretch therapy, acupressure, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and cupping therapy. All of these modalities are provided for you, depending on your specific needs, at no extra charge. This massage is not only extremely relaxing, but it will also help improve flexibility, relieve muscle tension, increase blood flow, improve circulation, reduce pain, reduce inflammation, speed recovery, and enhance athletic performance. You'll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. There is never an extra charge for deeper pressure, focus, or customized sessions. It is our intention to create a space for our clients that is deeply relaxing while also offering more focused and customized sessions when requested. We guarantee you will love your session.
