Hi, I'm Claudia. My vision is to be a light in this world by making a positive impact on people's lives. My mission and purpose in life is to love and serve others. It’s important to me to provide a safe space for people to feel seen, heard, and understood. I cannot pour from an empty cup, so I make it a daily habit to continuously grow and improve physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually. This allows me to be my best self so I can serve others better.
My passion and specialization is helping people move better, get out of pain, enhance performance, and thrive. I have a unique skillset and have spent thousands of hours emersed in various trainigs. I'm dedicated to helping my clients get better, faster. I help my clients get out of pain and move better so they can enjoy the activities they love.
I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017. I continue to learn and add more tools to my tool belt so I have many ways to help my clients. My ever-evolving massage style is fueled with intentional presence, engaged skill, and interactive communication. I believe in working with the body, not against it. My training has taught me that trying to force a muscle to release is counter-productive and can actually result in increased pain.
I aim to understand the unique needs of each client and tailor my treatment plans to each client's specific needs to achieve the best possible results. With extensive knowledge of sports injuries and a passion for helping athletes recover and perform at their best, I've worked with youth, adult, and college sports teams, as well as individual athletes of all levels. Movement is necessary for all humans to survive and thrive. I look forward to the opportunity to help you get out of pain and move better so you can move more often and enjoy the activities you love.
In my free time, you can find me dancing, working out, hiking, biking, reading, learning new things, hanging out with my family & friends, and traveling to new places.
